What We Sell
All our meat is raised on the farm, slaughtered humanely, and butchered fresh. Custom cuts and bulk orders are welcome — just ask.
Beef
Grass-fed farm beef, butchered fresh on site. Full range of cuts available — from premium steaks to slow-cook roasts and mince.
Goat
Fresh farm goat — a staple favourite. Available whole, half, or by cut. Ideal for nyama choma, stews, and celebrations.
Lamb & Mutton
Tender lamb and full-flavoured mutton from our own flock. Perfect for roasts, braais, and slow-cooked dishes.
Chicken
Free-range farm chickens, fresh and full of flavour. Available whole or portioned to your preference.
Pork
Full-range pork from our farm-raised pigs. From chops and ribs to sausages and bacon — cured and fresh cuts available.
Rabbit
Lean and delicious farm rabbit — a healthy, sustainable white meat. Available whole or jointed.
Duck
Rich, flavourful farm duck. A premium choice for roasting, confit, or pan-frying.
Turkey
Farm-raised whole turkeys and portions — available year-round, with advance orders for festive seasons.
Tilapia
Fresh farm-raised tilapia, available whole or filleted. A lean, mild white fish ideal for grilling, frying, or baking.
Farm Shop Produce
Fresh fruit, vegetables, eggs, honey, jams, and more — all grown or made right here on Hillview Farm.
Hillview Water
Our own purified water, fresh and clean. Available in 500ml bottles or 5-gallon containers. Buy on-site or arrange weekly delivery.
